I charge £50 for a one-hour counselling session, whether this is face-to-face, telephone or video call. Face-to-face counselling can be either in my premises in Plymouth or outdoors as part of the walk & talk therapy I offer.

Lower-cost counselling and discounted first session

If you have a search around, you'll see that my fees are at the lower end of the average going rate in the Plymouth area.

I appreciate that not everyone can manage this however, so I offer a limited number of lower-cost online/telephone counselling sessions for those on low/no income. Please contact me for more information.

I also offer a discounted first session of only £30. This can be online, by phone, or face-to-face. I understand it can be a daunting prospect starting with a new therapist and it’s important to find the right fit. There is no obligation to continue.

Payment

Preferred payment method is via bank transfer and should be paid before each session. I will also accept cash.
