Walk & talk therapy is an alternative mode of counselling that does exactly what it says on the tin. We're still there to talk about what's going on in your life, but we're doing it while walking. Some people feel more grounded when they're out in nature. Others find that movement helps them to process.
I only offer walk & talk during daylight hours. My usual suggestion is Central Park but if you have somewhere else in mind, just let me know and we can discuss it.
If you have a dog who doesn't mind other people, then feel free to bring them along. Pets can have a real calming effect for many people.
