Walk & talk therapy is an alternative mode of counselling that does exactly what it says on the tin. We're still there to talk about what's going on in your life, but we're doing it while walking. Some people feel more grounded when they're out in nature. Others find that movement helps them to process.
I only offer walk & talk during daylight hours. Location and other practical details will be discussed before meeting. I always carry out a full risk assessment for any new location and am insured to provide this type of therapy.
If you have a dog who doesn't mind other people, then feel free to bring them along. Pets can have a real calming effect for many people.
