I’ve started this blog to bring you my thoughts on different topics around mental health, wellbeing, and therapy. Some of the upcoming blogs will talk about different types of therapy, as well as some of the common problems clients come to me for and that you may be facing yourself. Hopefully this will be helpful for those uncertain about starting counselling or for people dealing with a specific concern.
